1985  Initial site preparation, permitting and construction began.

1991  First residential homes were built and the first golf course, The Founders Club, was completed.

1992  The Founders Clubhouse opened.

1992  St. James Chapel was built.

1995  The St. James Beach Club opened.

1996  The second golf course, The Members Club, opened.

1997  The third golf course, The Players Club, opened.

1999  An indoor swimming pool and tennis facility opened.

2000  The St. James Marina opened.

2001  The 9-hole “Cate Nine” golf course opened.

2004  Members Athletic Club opened.

2005  The Players Clubhouse opened.

2006  The fourth golf course, The Reserve Club, opened.

2007  The Players Club Sports Center opened.
