From the North:

I-95 South to I-40 East.

Merge onto I-140 West (Exit 416A) - Shallotte/Myrtle Beach.

Merge onto US 17 South/US HWY 421 toward Myrtle Beach.

Veer RIGHT onto HWY 17 South toward Shallotte/Myrtle Beach.

Travel for approximately 10 miles.

Take a LEFT onto Hwy 87.

Travel for approximately 12 miles.

Turn RIGHT on HWY 211.

Travel approximately 3 miles. The Sales Center will be located on your RIGHT, the main entrance will be on your LEFT. 

From the Wilmington Airport:

Take a LEFT on 23rd Street.

Make RIGHT onto Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.

Exit onto Whiteville HWY 74/76 & crossover Isabella Holmes Bridge.

Make LEFT at bottom of bridge.

Veer RIGHT onto HWY 17 South (Brunswick City Beaches).

*Follow directions from above from HWY 17 South. 

From the South (Myrtle Beach):

Take HWY 17 North towards Wilmington.

Make RIGHT onto HWY 211 South and follow for approximately 13 miles.

The Sales Center will be located on your LEFT; the main entrance will be on your RIGHT.

From Charlotte:

Follow HWY 74 East to HWY 211.

Turn RIGHT onto HWY 211 & follow the signs to Southport & St. James Plantation.

The Sales Center will be located on your LEFT; the main entrance will be on your RIGHT. 

NOTE: If you are arriving after 5:30pm, your check-in package and key will be waiting for you at the Guard House, located at the main entrance.
